Booking Policies

We take table bookings for groups of 5 and above. To secure your booking we require a £10 pre-authorisation per person, and the space will be yours for 2 hours to eat, drink and have a good laugh!

Don’t worry, if you’re a smaller group we have plenty of space for walk-ins but during peak periods it is advised you arrive early!

Tables are held for up to 15 minutes past your booking time, if you are unable to join us please let us know as soon as possible

Parking

Oyster House does not have a car park however we recommend the Oystermouth public car park 100 yards away which charges £6.20 a day There is also 24h Pay and Display parking next to the property at 133 Mumbles Rd, The Mumbles, Swansea SA3 4DN.  Charges are currently £17 for a full day (8am - 9pm)

Accommodation

The Oyster House is a dog friendly pub, restaurant and bar with 16 boutique bedrooms located on the seafront at Oyster Wharf.  Half of our gorgeous bedrooms have panoramic sea views making it the perfect location to explore the area or relax and enjoy stunning Mumbles location.  Book your next trip HERE or get in touch if you travel to the area for business and would like more information about our Corporate rates.  Our best rates are always available when you book direct!

Decorations

You are more than welcome to bring decorations for your event however, we do not allow confetti, confetti filled balloons or streamers in any of our spaces.  Decorations can be stored on site at no extra charge by prior arrangement.

Children

Children are welcome in our restaurant, main bar, and garden until 9pm. A Kids Menu with delicious meals is available on request.

Dog Policies

Dogs are welcome in the terrace, both conservatories and garden. Please make sure you let us know if you are bringing your four-legged friend so we can assign your booking appropriately. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Accessibility

There is an accessible loo on the ground floor of the venue next to the restaurant.  Due to the structure of the building we are only fully-accessible in the main bar, restaurant, and our hotel rooms that can be accessed via the lift.  We have one fully accessible and equipped hotel room.  Please let us know ahead of your visit if you have any specific accessibility requirements.
